We have been supporting businesses since 1999 — first as an interactive agency, later as a UX studio, and currently as a UX team at RST Software Masters.
We cooperate with Product Owners and other business stakeholders every day.
In 2017, RST Software Masters invested in Usability LAB, adding UX/UI competencies to their software house technical competencies.
Our team of 150 programming engineers who have more than 20 years of experience lets us adapt business needs to cutting-edge technologies and create innovative solutions that can be implemented very quickly.
We are experienced both in quantitative analysis (Google Analytics, HotJar) and qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, eye tracking).
In Usability LAB we focus on research methods that facilitate product requirement acquisition and support agile manufacturing.
